2. Scope of Services & Preliminary Proposals
Digital simulations generated via our online calculators and satellite estimation wizards constitute preliminary engineering assessments. Final system design, kilowatt peak (kWp) ratings, and binding cost estimates are contingent upon an on-site structural roof audit, electrical service panel inspection, and local utility interconnection approvals.
3. 25-Year Performance & Workmanship Guarantees
All Jorvelan residential and commercial solar installations are governed by our master warranty framework:
- Linear Power Warranty: Tier-1 photovoltaic modules are guaranteed to produce not less than 87.4% of original factory rated output at the conclusion of Year 25.
- Roof Penetration Covenant: All mechanical flashings installed by our certified contractors are guaranteed against water intrusion for 10 full years following commissioning.
- Inverter & Battery Warranties: Jorvelan LFP battery units and hybrid smart inverters carry comprehensive 10-year replacement coverage.
4. User Responsibilities & Property Access
Property owners agree to furnish accurate electrical utility documentation and grant certified Jorvelan survey personnel safe, unobstructed access to roof decks, electrical utility meters, and attic sub-structures during agreed inspection windows.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, trademarks, CAD schematics, simulation software, photography, and text content featured across Jorvelan.online are the exclusive intellectual property of Jorvelan. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Jorvelan, its engineers, directors, or contractors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from utility grid curtailment, natural disasters exceeding rated structural thresholds, or unauthorized third-party tampering with high-voltage disconnects.
7. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any formal dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
